PTFE coating
Versatile, sturdy and reliable

For the highest standards - made in Thuringia
As experts in the use of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), we offer you innovative coatings that are characterized by outstanding properties and versatile applications. With decades of experience in PTFE processing and state-of-the-art technology, we are your reliable partner.
Benefits of PTFE coatings:
- Excellent non-stick properties: PTFE prevents the adhesion of sticky substances and thus ensures effortless cleaning and longer durability of the coated surfaces.
- Temperature resistance: PTFE can withstand extreme temperatures, from -200°C to +260°C, and offers stability even at high temperatures.
- Chemical resistance: It is resistant to many aggressive chemicals, including bases, oils and solvents, making it ideal for industrial applications.
- Low coefficient of friction: Due to its smooth surface, PTFE reduces friction to a minimum, significantly reducing wear on components.
- Excellent electrical insulation: PTFE is perfect for electrotechnical applications as it has excellent insulating properties.
- Food-compliant and antibacterial: PTFE is not only harmless to health, but also hygienic, making it an ideal choice for the food industry.
We would be happy to advise you individually on the subject of PTFE coating and recommend the right process for your requirements.
PTFE coatings - versatile and durable

With our new continuous oven, which has a length of 19 meters, a width of 1.50 meters and a height of 80 cm, we are also able to coat large-format components. This technology enables us to process PTFE at temperatures of up to 450°C - perfect for demanding applications.
